We answer every message ourselves. Our style may be a bit skeletal — we are developers, after all — but it comes from the heart.

Many questions are already answered within the service:

• The FAQ page covers the most common questions about accounts, privacy, and events.
• The Help centre describes how the individual parts of the service work.
• The Help tab inside the application offers guidance for the screen you are on.

If you are reporting a problem, please describe what you did, what you expected to happen, and what happened instead. A screenshot helps a lot. Never send us your password — we will never ask for it.
