By accessing the Incidentic website, creating an account, or using any part of the service, you enter into a binding relationship with the operator under these terms. If you act on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to do so.

Incidentic is a platform for discovering, planning, managing, and sharing events. The scope of features may vary depending on account type, membership level, or the current product version.

Some features may be available only to registered users or under paid plans.

You may use the service only in compliance with applicable law and these terms.

• Do not perform automated data collection without explicit permission.
